Welcome to Our Storey & Values at DPC Building + Developments! Darrian Cooke is the proud Geelong native and mastermind behind our thriving business. As the builder owner, Darrian’s journey in the construction world began with his first steps, quite literally.
Raised in a family where the building trade was the cornerstone, his father’s influence ignited a passion that would shape his future. Darrian kickstarted his career in 2003 with a cabinet making apprenticeship, evolving through carpentry to eventually carve his niche in the intricate world of custom building. Little did he know that what initially seemed like a path to freedom would transform into the fulltime commitment of running a successful business.
Darrian’s foray into the building trade began with crafting old timber sash windows, gradually transitioning to the commercial sector, and ultimately finding his calling in building high-end homes. Armed with a Certificate 3 and a diploma in building and construction, Darrian’s journey encompasses not just experience but a commitment to excellence.
